Here's the embedded video. Also an UPDATE on where she got those boots.
11:31 It's opening, I'm laughing, waiting, laughing, waiting.
11:32 Let's cram in the celebrities. Baldwin sort of jabed, she just sort of didn't know what to do.
11:34 This rocks!
11:35 SP strangely can't act.
11:37 During the opening monologue, I can't help thinking, she's uncomfortable in the "liberal media elites" camp, also, she's a bit star struck.
11:41 Now I'm waiting for her to do more on the show. She needs to actually reclaim her image on this show, by taking their punches with wit and charm. Yup. [Link via Time.com]
11:44 I wish that Sue was actually Sarah Palin. But nope, I think she's no longer going to be on the show, this is lame, I want more SP.
11:47 Now I'm about to change the channel and return to thinking Sarah Palin sort of sucks. Cue to commercial for W.
11:51 OMG the Suzi Orman clip is so fucking funny. So funny. Love the sketch. Go power lesbians.
11:56 Yup, Sarah, where are you. We're yawning.
12:11 Wow she can sing, if I had money, I'd totally download her from iTunes, was she singing chasing Sarah Plain, I could have sworn she did.
12:15 The SNL news is so great, I love this skit.
12:25 Yay! she's back. let's see what happens.
12:27 Amy is so much funnier, serious, Hillary was funnier then SP, that's saying something.
12:34 Really - fartface. Sort of not funny.
12:49 I want to sleep, Adele rocks my world. Makes me happy. Be my new BFF!
1:00 Everyone applauds, Sarah Palin is in some kick ass boots. Love those boots. Tina Fey hugs her. She has a frozen anxious look on her face. I turn off the TV and listen to Adele.
I was live blogging it, too. SP was totally mediocre on it and just looked pissed to be there.
Oh well.
Now, SNL has given her plenty of matieral, as she claims to have given Tina Fey.

Failin' Palin. She sucked.
I think in the Palin "news/rap segment" (which I loved btw...and will be worth a re-watch on YouTube)...I think they had a complete, last minute re-write. I think Palin backed out.
Something just didn't smell right with that to me.

I tuned in thinking this woman I really dislike was going to kick some funny bones. NOOOOOOOOT! Everybody else did the work while this dear in headlights chick stood there smiling, and grooving. Not one laugh. I don't blame her entirely. The woman can read. They could have given her some really clever jokes or just thrown her on stage with Tina. Can't tell if it's a lack of preparation, or a lack of inspiration.....but it sucked! Two thumbs down.

SNL would have been more funny without Palin. Was she really even there? She looked p*#%ed. I wish they would have let Tina Fey run with it and left Palin off to watch at home with Joe Sixpack or Joe the "Apprentice" Plumber or whoever she is "pal-ing" around with.
