Tinsley Mortimer: Gossip Girl, OMFG - a mixed start.

From Sarah Palin to Gossip Girl. Yup, that's been my Labor Day. May it never be said, that I'm totally highbrow, hot twentysomes doing naughty things on TV, always fun. Go Weeds must see Hunter Parish in Spring Awakening. Anyway!

It's good to see that the rich set has the same dating woes that we poor plebs do. The same heartache, yet, it does sound more interesting when Bulgari is casually mentioned. Or under a canopy of manicured trees.

The hot bods totally make it steamy and fun, but the much anticipated start needed a bit more, then fancy people dressed in white being naughty. Let's hope that the season, doesn't disappoint, the Hampton's and resort wear is fun, but call me nuts, I watch it because the writing is actually quite good and the characters are interesting (sometimes).

Gossip Girl, I will continue to love and hate, but lean to love. Although really, did they have to spend that much time in the Hampton's, didn't they hear the houses are up for sale and the rich people are scattering.

Then, Tinsley Mortimer appears and I raise my eyebrow a whole notch. Really ... interesting, sort of cool. Blair's date turned into a lord with the whip of an accent and I say OMFG. Yes. :-)

Or, is Gossip Girl the new Sex and the City. Debate.
